Repeat Prescriptions

You can order your repeat prescription by calling the surgery between 11am and 2pm

green_pill_spillAlternatively to request a prescription, tick the items you require and hand in the slip at the reception desk at the practice.

If you have difficulty getting to the surgery, please post your request slip (enclosing a stamped self addressed envelope) and we will post the prescription back to you.

You can also order via your nominated pharmacy. Some local pharmacies offer a collection/delivery service.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see either a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.

Please allow two full working days ( excluding weekends and bank holidays ) between requesting and collecting your medication.
